Apple Dump Cake was my MiMi’s recipe. MiMi was my Dad’s mother.
She shared this recipe with my mom and my mom still bakes it from time to time.
It is literally the epitome of fall.
You literally dump everything in a bowl and mix it together. Easy Peasy.
I hope you get the chance to make this delicious cake.
Every time I eat it I think of her and her sweet laugh.
Here is a pic of the batter in a greased 9×13 dish.
Here is a pic of it fresh out the oven. It smells SO good.

2 cups flour

1 cup pecans, chopped
1 can apple pie filling
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Dump all ingredients except pie filling into a large bowl. Beat well.
