My Favorite Coleslaw Dressing

Have I told you how much freezer meals mean to me?

FREEZER MEALS = LIFE

I will do a whole different post on my love for freezer meals.

Anyway, the other night I took out a container of pulled pork I had frozen. We decided to make sliders on Hawaiian rolls.

Another thing you will notice about me is my love for Hawaiian rolls. I am always looking for an excuse to eat these things.

My husband asked for some coleslaw to go on these pulled pork sliders….. so I delivered.

My dressing is flavorful. Personally, I reach for garlic powder in my spice cabinet more than any other spice. It heightens this dressing majorly.

There’s nothing better than some cool coleslaw on a hot sandwich.

Here’s the recipe for the dressing.

Coleslaw Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Whisk ingredients together and pour on shredded cabbage.

The longer it sits the better it gets.

Note in the picture how lazy I was with shredding cabbage. I was too tired to take out my mandolin. So if you are lazy like me go ahead and by shredded cabbage in the bag!
