The Best Meatball Sliders

Let me tell you something about meatball sliders.

You need them. You need them now.

My meatballs are so tender and flavorful. The Hawaiian Rolls have a garlic butter sauce on top.

HEAVEN.

If you cook a batch of my meatballs then flash freeze them and put them in a Ziploc bag, you can take them out and make dinner in no time.  Click HERE for my meatball recipe.

Meatball Sliders are the quickest. I defrosted some red gravy I had in the freezer and tossed in some meatballs.

If you don’t have red gravy in the freezer you can jazz up a jar of marinara.

The Hawaiian rolls are so sweet and the garlic butter on top sends it over the edge.

This a great family meal that I hope you all enjoy.

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and lay on the meatballs (and some sauce).

Add mozzarella or provolone cheese and top with some freshly grated parmesan. Place the top of the rolls back on.

Make your garlic butter (recipe listed below).

Baste it on top of the rolls. Bake at 350 for about 12-15 minutes, depending on desired crunchiness of bread. I do not like my bread too crunchy.

Place meatballs and gravy on the rolls, followed by desired amount of cheese and parmesan cheese.

Place the tops of the rolls on top of the meatballs.

Baste the garlic butter on top of the rolls.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until bread is desired crunchiness.
