Turkey, Swiss, and Caramelized Onion Sliders

These quick and easy sliders are a total hit in my house. The sweet Hawaiian rolls are my favorite. It truly is hard for me to stop eating them.

Will and I have really been liking turkey lately. We’ve been injecting turkey breasts with Tony Chacheres’ Injectibles and either grilling or baking them.

Here is a link to how I make the turkey.

We cut it in thin slices and it was the perfect bite for these sliders.

Here is how I threw them together.

Slice some turkey breasts up and set it aside. I used about a pound.

Caramalized some onions in a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and add a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce.

Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and spread the mayo and mustard mix on both sides.

Next, layer the turkey breasts and swiss. (My kids like cheddar so I did a small section of cheddar for them.)

Next is the onion layer.

Put the top on and brush the butter mixture on.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

YUM. Cut up into little sandwiches, Try not to eat them all!
