Bacon and Swiss Quiche

I am the queen of quiche. I am also the queen of “clean out the fridge meals.” This quiche is a mashup of the two.
I found some bacon and shredded Swiss I found in the fridge that was leftover from a casserole. It made the most fabulous quiche.

Bacon & Swiss Quiche 

1 pie crust

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 green onions, chopped

3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese

5 eggs

1/2 cup half and half

1/2 tsp kosher salt

fresh cracked pepper

1/4 tsp onion powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place the pie crust in a pie dish.
Add bacon, green onions, and cheese to the pie.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, and seasonings. Pour over bacon mix.
Bake for 45 minutes or until eggs set.
