Homemade Hamburger Helper

If you can’t pronounce the ingredient on the box, you probably shouldn’t be eating it.

Over the years I have mastered this One-Pot Wonder and it is so quick and easy. It’s the perfect weeknight meal.

You start by making your own spice mix.

It’s a combination of spice, all of which are probably in your pantry.

Brown 1 lb. of ground meat and drain the fat.

Add the spice mix, beef broth, pasta, and milk. Bring to a low simmer, place the lid on for 10 minutes, stirring frequently so the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom.

It should look like this!

Stir in the cheese.

It’s ready to serve!
