Sweet Heat Sausage Poboys

I threw together these Sweet Heat Sausage Poboys in under 15 minutes. It has a sweet and spicy sauce made with hot pepper jelly and Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce. So delish!

First, slice up your sausage. You can do bite size pieces if you like. Any way works.

Brown it in 2 tbsp butter. Get each side nice and brown and slightly crispy.

Next add 2 tbsp hot pepper jelly and 2 tbsp bbq sauce (I used Sweet Baby Rays).
Toss around to coat. Serve on hot dog buns, hoagie rolls, Hawaiian rolls, or poboy bread.

Dinner on the table in 15 minutes. You’re welcome!
