This has been my favorite way to make pork tenderloin. It’s super easy and super flavorful. The Worcestershire and butter make it so savory!
Cajun Pork Tenderloin
1 pork tenderloin
A drizzle of olive oil
cajun seasoning
garlic powder
onion powder
poultry seasoning
Zatarain’s garlic and herb seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire
2 tbsp butter, cut up into 4 pieces
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
Drizzle a little olive oil on the tenderloin, rubbing it all over.
Season the tenderloin all over with the above seasonings.
Drizzle the Worcestershire on top.
Top it with butter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes depending on the size of the tenderloin or until desired doneness. We like ours slightly pink inside.
Baste the loin with the drippings before serving.
