Sweet Heat Sweet Potato Wedges

I’m just going to keep it real.
These are the best sweet potatoes I ever had.
I normally eat sweet potatoes with just butter and cinnamon sugar.
I decided to change it up and cut them into wedges and add a sweet and spicy rub. They were fantastic!

Here is how I threw it all together.

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into wedges. Drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil over them and give it a toss.

Next, make the spice rub. It has salt, brown sugar, garlic powder, chili powder, and cayenne. For exact measurements scroll down for the recipe.
Sprinkle over the potatoes and toss to coat.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes (depending on how big you cut them) and flip the potatoes half way thru (so they cook evenly).

The best!!!! Sweet, spicy, totally addicting!!!
