Swiss Chicken Casserole

My mom used to make this Swiss Chicken Casserole  for us growing up and when I recently asked her for the recipe, she lost it!!! I’ve spent the past few months trying to recreate this and I’ve finally nailed it. It’s simple, delicious, and only requires a few ingredients.

In a greased 9×13 Pyrex dish, spread out the pieces of chicken into one layer. Next, add slices of Swiss cheese on top the chicken.

Mix together cream of mushroom and white wine and spread on top.

In a separate bowl mix together melted butter and Stove Top Stuffing (chicken). Pour on top the chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, remove foil and bake additional 15 minutes.

So dang good. Takes me back to my childhood. I serve this with steamed broccoli.
