Cajun Crack Chicken Wings

Cajun Crack Chicken Wings. What dreams are made of. Chicken wing perfection. Wings grilled to perfection then tossed in a luscious sauce containing pepper jelly and barbecue sauce. You must try this!

Season the wings with your favorite Cajun seasoning. I’ve been enjoying Duck Camp Seasoning lately. Let the seasoned wings sit in the fridge for a few hours before cooking.

Place the wings on the pit (we use a charcoal pit) away from the coal for 1 1/2 hours (temp was around 395 degrees the whole time).
****every grill cooks differently, this time and temp was for our Weber charcoal grill, adjust accordingly.

Now the magic happens.

In a small pot melt butter and whisk in Noni’s Pepper Jelly and Sweet Baby Ray’s.
Once ingredients are incorporated toss the wings in the sauce and bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 12 minutes.

Y’all. It’s crack. I’m telling you. Chicken wing crack.
