Sheet Pan dinners are my jam because I hate washing dishes. On this sheet pan dinner I used a Cajun garlic chicken sausage from my local grocery store (Cannata’s), sweet heat sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. Colorful, healthy, and absolutely delicious!
This is the Cajun Garlic Chicken Sausage I used.
These are the Brussels sprouts I used. They are halved and pre-rinsed. I am tired and lazy.
I drizzled the Brussels with olive oil, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and this new Duck Camp Seasoning I just bought (it’s fantastic).
Throw everything on a parchment paper lined sheet pan, sweet potato seasoning found HERE.
Bake at 400 for about 40 minutes.
