Most banana cream pies involve a homemade custard. This pie does not.
This pie is easily thrown together, no cooking or baking involved.
It is best stored in the freezer, eating one slice at a time or chilled and served immediately.
First you start with a “Nilla” pie crust. Graham cracker pie crust would also work great.
Next, add a bunch of sliced bananas.
In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar.
Spread over the bananas.
Top with Cool Whip.
Place in the freezer for a few hours so it is easy to slice.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer to enjoy 1 slice at a time.
