Lemon Supreme Pound Cake

If you’ve ever received a lemon supreme pound cake from my mom, Karen, consider yourself loved. Whether it’s the birth of a baby, a death in the family, recovery from a surgery, lemon supreme pound cake has always been her go-to. It is DIVINE.
I asked her for her recipe and she told me it used to be on the side of the Duncan Hines lemon cake mix box. It isn’t anymore but she found it on their website.

Here is a picture of my beautiful Mom in her kitchen with a lemon supreme pound cake she made for my Dad and I as we had to sit in front of a computer for 7 hours for a dental seminar.

It’s so delicious.
