Slow Cooker Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup
6 Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 cup chopped or cubed ham
2 cans Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese Soup
2 cups milk
2 cups half and half
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Place all ingredients in the slow cooker except for the shredded cheese.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
Stir in cheese.
Top with green onions.
