Air Fryer Chicken Alfredo Pita Pizza

I love my air fryer. I use it so often I keep it out on the counter. I’ve been trying to cook simple meals that my picky 5 year old will eat. This chicken alfredo pizza was a total hit! I used leftover chicken, my favorite Rao’s alfredo sauce, and caramelized onions. Bacon would also be a great topping but I didn’t have any on hand.

Start with these two ingredients.

Spread a spoonful or two of alfredo sauce on top of the pita.

Add cubed chicken and caramelized onions (or bacon if you have some).

Top with mozzarella and place in air fryer. I cooked it on 350 for about  3 minutes. All air fryers are different. Check on it after 2 minutes and take it out when it started to get golden brown.

Top it was parmesan cheese and serve.

shredded mozzarella cheese

parmesan cheese

(optional toppings: bacon, green onion, chives, leftover broccoli, the options are endless!)

Spread 1-2 spoonfuls of alfredo sauce on the pita. Top with chicken, onions, and mozzarella cheese. Place in air fryer on 350 for about 3 minutes. ***Every air fryer is different. Check it after 2 minutes and go from there. Take it out when it’s getting golden***

***For a crispy pizza try air frying the pita by itself (with no toppings) for a minute or two. Then add toppings and air fry for the 2 minutes.
