Healthier Buffalo Chicken Salad

I had some leftover rotisserie chicken and decided to make a lighter version of Buffalo Chicken Salad by using plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. It came out phenomenal. I love eating it like a dip with sliced cucumber or celery or putting a scoop over some lettuce with avocado and a slight drizzle of ranch.

 

Healthier Buffalo Chicken Salad

2-3 cups chopped cooked chicken

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/3 cup Frank’s hot sauce

1 pack Ranch seasoning mix

3 green onions, chopped

 

Mix together the yogurt, hot sauce, and ranch mix. Pour over the chicken. Stir and add the green onions. Serve with sliced cucumbers or put a scoop on top of lettuce. Keep refrigerated.
